Another Weary Old Hesp Video - This Time Spouting On About His Books

Gotta love a GoPro camera. Specially when it’s fully charged. But filming in a gale with a digital recorder stuck in one’s top pocket ain’t exactly Attenborough-esque. Anyway, I was making a little video today to help publicise the wonderful Shute Festival - so I added a bit about my book The Last Broomsquire.

I edited the book back in the first lockdown earlier this year and took a whopping 9,600 words out of the original script - which was - admittedly - somewhat overwritten in places. The new version is, I promise, much much better.

The paperback costs £7.99 - the Kindle edition is just £2.50… Blimey - you can hardly get a cup of coffee for that nowadays…
